The other day I went to my doctor (whose specialty, coincidentally, is cardiology) and told him about my chest pains. He prodded my ribs with his fingers and listened closely to my back, hmming lightly as he went. I walked out of his office with a slip of prescription notepaper that read:

HEMINGWAY - THE BIG TWO HEARTED RIVER
